The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, making it a decent base for our needs. Easy access to local sports facilities and nearby green spaces added to the appeal of the stay.

Cleanliness issues were noticeable, particularly in the bathroom where mold and dirt were hard to ignore. Maintenance seems to be lacking in the common areas and in-room details, presenting a less-than-ideal impression overall. At breakfast, the selection fell short of expectations, with limited choices and mixed quality that disappointed during the meal. The location, while charming, can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially for first-time visitors unfamiliar with the area.

The deluxe double room had a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kettle for tea and coffee, and complimentary toiletries. The spa facilities were amazing, featuring a sauna, indoor pool, and various massage options. Breakfast included fresh fruit salad and a full English option, which was delicious. Staff were super helpful and accommodating throughout our visit.

Good for a family getaway

The breakfast was pretty decent, especially since they served us fresh fruit salad alongside the full English. they helped us with a cake for our celebration event, which was a nice touch even if they weren’t able to bake one for us....  

Had a fantastic time with friends! Enjoyed drinks on the veranda overlooking the beautiful golf course and explored nearby attractions. The hotel had spacious facilities and the staff were incredibly friendly. Make sure to check out the gym and...  

It was a good match for a short stayover in Coggeshall with outstanding value. The breakfast was ample and really set us up for the day. Consider eating outside of the hotel for variety.

We enjoyed a lovely time at the hotel. The kids had a blast in the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Our room, a Deluxe Family Room, was spacious enough for our large family and offered great views overlooking the golf...

We really loved the spa area it was totally relaxing and the jacuzzi was just what I needed after a long day we also had a lot of fun in the pool the kids just couldn’t get enough of it

It wasn’t cheap but you know what it was still acceptable for what we got, a little pricey maybe but not over the top

I had a lovely stay! The views overlooking the golf course were stunning, and the gym facilities were top-notch. The room was well-equipped, especially with the cozy robes and slippers.

I truly enjoyed the serene golf course views from the hotel. The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated, and the staff were attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay, which was perfect for relaxation....

Good for a golf getaway!

We had a decent 3-night stay. The golf course was a hit for my husband, and the pool was nice and warm. Room was comfy, though that chef’s menu didn’t switch up at all during our stay. Breakfast was okay but could use more choices. not too bad but room for improvement!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely bar. On my first stay, the staff went above and beyond to help me find a lost necklace. Highly recommend it!
